Irwin Group has demonstrated yet again it’s strength in the face of adversity and this has been recognised by the decision made by DELNI, Department of Employment and Learning), to award Irwin Group the INVESTORS IN PEOPLE | Northern Ireland accreditation for the second time in a row.
To be able to come through what was one of the toughest global recessions any of us have faced and receive this prestige endorsement speaks volumes about the loyalty and commitment to all our staff and senior management team.
Without the clear vision, passion, personalities, communication, continuous development, respect and trust being empowered from MD level right down to apprentices throughout the firm, this achievement would not have been possible.
