    General electrical maintenance contract to cover over 120 buildings owned and managed by Armagh Council, including Council Offices, Marketplace Theatre, Navan Centre, Leisure Centres, parks, city Gaol, cemeteries and community centres.

    The work includes Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Testing, Upgrade of existing electrical installations, and 24/7 reactive call out facility.

    We also provide the electrical services for all of the councils outdoor event from Continental Markets, Concerts and the annual Christmas lighting throughout the city and district.

    Description

    The work includes planning maintenance and upgrade of existing electrical installations, compliance work, and 24/7 reactive call out facility.

    We have also successfully delivered many other major electrical installation projects ranging from office refurbishments, external street lighting and Christmas street lighting for Belfast Council.

    Main Contractor for Electrical installation, electrical testing and upgrade to cover over 50 operation stations covering a large geographical area from Coleraine to Kesh and across to Cookstown.

    The work includes major construction projects and upgrade of existing electrical installations, including general and emergency lighting, general power distribution, fire alarm, access systems, data and communications systems.

    Individual electrical installation projects range up to £500k.
